All you could ask for from a take away / delivery pizza place. Pizzas have always been good quality and tasted more authentic than anything you would ever get from Dominoes or Papa Johns. This is more in the realms of Franco Manca for comparison. Have never tried the delivery option, but everyone I’ve had take away it’s been prompt and fresh. They even have a loyalty program so you get a discount once you’ve been there a few times.
We love this place. I see some negative reviews which appear to be either about the staff in the restaurant or problems with various 3rd party delivery apps. Can't speak to that as we've only ever ordered straight from their website which has always been quick and DELICIOUS. The dough is just the right balance of crunchy and doughy plus they offer vegan cheese - very hard to find a place with both of those in this country! And they deliver Peroni which is our favourite beer :) So yeah no complaints here! We love Firezza and definitely recommend it.
Easily ordered and picked up within 15min on a Saturday evening. Temperature was fine (not cold like people complaining). Staff friendly and efficient. Pizza itself was good. Better than a Dominos style takeaway.
dined in two pizzas here on national pizza day 2025. quiet and clean, seats just a few, it's mainly a 'to go' branch. wasn't expecting to be blown away on a sunday afternoon, but two of the best pizzas i've ever had, restaurant good. highly highly recommended. think high street pizza but authentically gourmet; gorgeous toppings
The staff goes above and beyond to make sure the pizza I ordered is perfect. Especially the lady that works there. She makes the best pizzas. And the sizes are very generous. I haven’t eaten other pizza brands since.
The food was amazing, the staff were soo lovely. Customer service was really really good. Was easy to order, the place was really nice. Pizza was worth the money. The place is located in a nice area. 10/10 taste. The size od the pizza is big. The smell of the pizza reminded me of Italy. This was the best pizza ever I have in my life, definitely recommend it to friends and families.
Okay, I do not know how I'm earth Firezza has only 2.8 stars because it's pizza it's surreal. I have been to Italy way too many times and my best friends are Italian. I NEVER eat pizza because how much I hate a bad pizza and THIS PIZZA was surreal. The worker also had amazing customer service he recommended me another pizza more spicy with nduja and it was so so good. We did eat on the spot so maybe take away is harder to appreciate it but THE CRUST, THE SAUCE, THE SIZE it's soooo value for money it lit saved our night.
